If you have a customer account you can also login and track your shipments exact location from your customer portal.

 

We will notify you via email or SMS upon order acceptance, order pickup, order delivery, and order sign-off.  Packages requiring a sign off confirmation and/or a picture of delivery can also be verified via the online customer portal.

Placing an order online is easy.  Visit https://prestocourier.ca/Quotes/ to receive a quote via email.  Typical response times on quotes are within 30 minutes to 1 hour.

 

Clients that have a customer account can receive instant quotes and order confirmation by logging into the customer portal @ https://prestocourier.ca/

We ship to almost all areas across Ontario (including residential addresses) and can also accommodate national shipping requirements through our network of Canadian based couriers.  At this time, due to our high standard and responsibility to customer satisfaction, we can not accommodate or recommend international shipping options.   

We do not ship to PO box addresses.

All major credit cards, cheque, e-transfer, online banking, paypal, or pre-authorized payments.

We offer a variety of insured shipping options.  Presto’s default insurance liability covers up to a maximum of $50 per shipment.  For custom insurance options please contact us at https://prestocouriers.ca/contact/

We are a proudly Canadian based shipping company.  All of our employees, shipping partners and service related affiliates are located within Canada.  All of your company data is stored within Canada.  We are  100% pure Canadian maple syrup baby.

Upon arrival, If no one is available and a dispatcher is unable to contact either the sender or receiver, we will reschedule the shipment for a later time that works for you.

 

By request, we can leave the delivery in a drop box or outside without a signature (though we advise against this).

We use a combination of sedans, hatchbacks, cargo vans, and cube vans primarily.  We can accommodate shipments of any size including pallets.  We also offer cartage based shipping options which include shipments via tractor trailer.
